Austin Newport Group comprises the following three divisions: John Austin and Partners, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, was formed in 1986 by John B Austin and Gary S J Newport and developed a reputation for consistently providing traditional Quantity Surveying services to an extensive and diverse Client base.The Chartered Quantity Surveying practice specialised in the repair and restoration of historic and listed buildings. Austin Newport Limited, Management Contractors, was formed in 1995 to operate in parallel with John Austin to provide a complete service in the restoration, alteration and refurbishment of historic buildings of high net worth. Austin Newport Limited, Disaster Recovery, formed in 2007, is the third division of Austin Newport Group and specifically operates in the recovery and restoration of historic and high net worth buildings following a major disaster such as fire or flood.
